What is a Infrared Sauna?

The heat source from an infrared sauna emits a healthy wavelength, which is referred to as "far infrared". The temperature in a far infrared sauna is about half that of a traditional sauna. When you sweat in a far infrared sauna, about 20% of your sweat is deep seeded toxins. In a traditional sauna, it is only about 3% of toxins.

This performance grade infrared in a premium sauna. Using a combination of both Near and Far infrared frequencies to break a sweat and intensify the sauna experience. The Near frequency emits a more superficial intense heat stimulating mitochondrial activity while the Far frequency allows for a constant deep penetration of up to 4.5cm through the tissue.

There is no risk of heat exhaustion or fatigue. The user is in complete control of temperature. Reaching up to 70 deg celsius.
Better
Unlike your traditional hot stone saunas, infrared rays heat internally out as opposed to exposing the body to extreme heat and humidity. Infrared penetrates up to 4.5cm beneath the skin unlike traditional saunas only reaching 0.5cm.
